The short version. Everything we show you is an estimate, not a promise. We're not a grading company and we're not affiliated with any of them. Cards can go down. Decisions you make are yours.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Bull Market TCG, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you may only use the app with a parent or guardian's permission, and only they can agree to a paid subscription on your behalf.
You're responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account.
3. What this app is — and isn't
Bull Market TCG estimates what trading cards are worth, predicts how they might grade, and highlights listings that look underpriced. Everything it produces is an estimate based on incomplete data.
Prices are estimates
Values come from past sales. Past sales don't determine future prices. Thinly traded cards can produce unreliable estimates from very few data points. What your card actually sells for may be substantially different.
Grade predictions are estimates
Grade estimates are generated from information you supply and from photos, which cannot capture everything a grader examines. A card we estimate as a 9 may come back a 6. Grading fees are non-refundable and we don't reimburse them. Only the grading company decides the grade.
Deal assessments are estimates
When we flag a listing as a good price, we're comparing it to sales data we hold. We don't inspect listings, verify authenticity, or vouch for sellers. A listing we surface may be counterfeit, misdescribed, or a scam. Judge every purchase yourself.
This is not financial or investment advice
Collectible cards are not investments we advise on, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Buying and selling decisions are entirely yours, as are the results.
4. We are not affiliated with grading companies or publishers
Bull Market TCG has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or sponsorship by PSA, Beckett (BGS), CGC, SGC, or any other grading service. Our grade estimates carry no official standing and have no bearing on what any grading company will decide.
We're likewise not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Konami, eBay, or TCGplayer. Card names, set names, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the cards being described.
5. eBay links and commission
We participate in the eBay Partner Network and earn a commission when you buy through listings we link to. It costs you nothing extra and does not influence which listings we show or how we rank them.
Purchases happen on eBay, under eBay's terms, between you and the seller. We're not a party to that transaction and can't help with shipping, refunds, or disputes.
6. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you cancel through your device's subscription settings — not through us. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
We may change pricing, but not for a period you've already paid for. We'll give notice before a change takes effect.
7. Using it fairly
Don't scrape or bulk-extract our data, resell or redistribute it, reverse engineer the app, attempt to break its security, use it to break the law, or interfere with other people's use of it.
You keep ownership of the collection data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it so we can provide the service. We may use anonymised, aggregated data — data that doesn't identify you — to improve the product.
8. Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms. We're a small operation, and the app may be unavailable at times.
9. Limitation of liability
The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. That includes money lost buying or selling cards, grading fees on a card that graded lower than estimated, a sale made or missed because of a price estimate or signal, or a problem with a purchase from any seller we linked to.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid us nothing.
Some places don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bull Market TCG operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
